Seeing the Register sales tied to an event

An event's revenue is rarely just what was sold through the event builder. Tournament players buy drinks at the bar, a wedding party picks up sleeves of balls in the pro shop. Event Tracking is where those Register sales, once tied to the event, show up against it, so the event's total tells the whole story.

Where to find it
  1. Click Events in the left navigation, open the manager for the event type (for example Banquet Manager), and open the event.
  2. Select the Event Tracking tab in the event's tab bar.
Reading the tracked orders

The tab opens on a section headed EVENT TRACKING ORDERS.

At the top is the Terminal Locations for Event Tracking filter. Check which locations are selected before you read the list.

Each tracked order shows its Order Id, Customer Name, Terminal Location, Date, Payment Type, and Amount, with an Action column on the row, and a Totals row sits at the bottom.

Common Questions

An order I expected isn't listed.

Check the terminal location filter first, then confirm the sale was tied to this event when it was rung up at the Register. Only tied sales appear here.
