Browser - Reports : Round Breakdown Report

Seeing where your rounds come from, by source, type, class rule, or hour

Knowing how many rounds you did is the easy part. Knowing where they came from, walk-ups and phone calls at the counter, your own website, the mobile app, is what tells you which channels are earning their keep. The Round Breakdown Report is built for that question.

Running the report
  1. Click Reports in the left navigation and select Round Breakdown Report from the list.
  2. Choose a Course, or leave it on All.
  3. Pick how you want the rounds broken down from the second dropdown, next to Course (the options are listed below).
  4. Set the date range. The Day, Week, Month, and Year buttons are shortcuts that fill the range for you, ending today and reaching back one day, one week, one month, or one year.
  5. Click Search.
The view by options

The dropdown opens on Average Daily Rounds by Source. The full list, in the order it appears:

  • Average Daily Rounds by Source
  • Average Daily Rounds by Type
  • Rounds by Source
  • Rounds by Type
  • Average Daily Rounds by Class Rule
  • Rounds by Class Rule
  • Average Daily Rounds
  • Average Daily Rounds by Hour
Reading the results

In the default view, each row shows Tee Date, Order Date, Course Name, Source, Rounds Played, Total Amount, Average Daily Rate, No Show, and Raincheck, with a Total row at the bottom.

Source is where the booking was made. You will see values such as POS, iOS, and Web.

Common Questions

Is there a filter to show only one source?

Not as a separate filter. Choose a "by Source" view, and the results break out each source on its own rows so you can compare them side by side.

What do the Day, Week, Month, and Year buttons do?

They fill in the date range for you, ending today and reaching back that far, and re-run the report. Check the dates after clicking one so you know the stretch of days you are looking at.
