[Sales](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#sales) October 5, 2026 # Browser - Sales: Finding, Filtering, and Exporting Orders (Sales Screen Overview) ## Find any order, check its payment, and export the list from one screen ##### **Overview** The **Sales** screen is your course's order history. Use it to find an order, check whether it was paid, open a receipt, and export the list to Excel. It opens on your most recent orders, newest first, so you can start looking without setting anything up. This article is the map. Each job below points to the article that covers it in full. ##### **Find an order** 1. Click **Sales** in the main navigation. To look up one order, type an order ID, or a customer's name, email, or mobile number, in **Search with Order or Customer Details**. To narrow the list, use the other filters in the same bar: the date range, **All Payment Methods**, **All Locations**, **All Terminals**, and **All Employees**. The articles "Browser - Sales: Filtering by Date Range" and "Browser - Sales: Filtering by Payment Method" cover the first two. 4. Click **Search**. The heading changes to **Search Result** and the list shows only the matching orders. 5. To go back to your recent orders, click **Clear**. It empties the search box and resets every filter. After a search, the **Show Recent Order** button at the top right does the same. ##### **Check whether an order was paid** 1. Find the order in the list. 2. Read the **Status** column (**Active** or **Void**) and the **Payment Status** column (**Pending**, **Success**, or **Failed**). The article "Browser - Sales: Reading the Payment Status Column" explains each one. ##### **Open a receipt or an order action** 1. To open an order's receipt, double-click its row. 2. To see what else you can do with an order, click the **⋮** icon in the **Action** column. Choose the action you want. The articles "Browser - Sales: View an Order Receipt" and "Browser - Sales : Voiding a Transaction" cover two of them. ##### **Export your orders to Excel** 1. Narrow the list first. Set a date range or other filters for the orders you want, then click **Search**. **Export All** handles up to 50,000 orders at a time. If your search returns more, a message asks you to narrow it, and nothing downloads. 2. An Excel file downloads. It is named **OrderDetails** followed by the date and time. ##### **Common Questions** **Do I need to filter to see today's orders?** No. The screen opens to your most recent orders, newest first. The list is not limited to today, so use the date range if you only want one day. **Why is an option greyed out in the action menu?** It depends on the order. **Reopen** is greyed out once an order's **Payment Status** is **Success**. **Why did the heading change to Search Result?** You clicked **Search**, so the list now shows only the matches.
