Browser - Settings: General Course Info

General Course Info is where you keep your facility's identity information up to date. It's the same data that flows into receipts, customer-facing surfaces, online booking, and report headers. Change your phone number here once, and every place it shows up updates with it.

The page has two top tabs: Club Info (default — your facility's customer-facing information) and Club Setup (admin reference data like your environment ID, clubhouse ID, and course IDs).

Step-by-Step: Get to General Course Info

Step 1: Click the gear icon at the bottom-left of the main navigation to open Settings.

Step 2: From the Settings left nav, click General Course Info. (The menu item includes a period — that's intentional.)

Step 3: The page opens to the Club Info tab by default.

Club Info tab — facility identity

The Club Info tab is a single scrollable page with three sections at the top and four content tabs at the bottom.

Location Info — basic facility fields:

  • Clubhouse Name
  • Course Timezone
  • Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country
  • Phone, Email
  • Upload Logo — use the Browse button to upload (the existing logo URL shows on the right when one is set)

Amenities — eight dropdowns in two rows. Adjust to reflect what your facility offers:

  • Row 1: Public Access (Yes / No), Discounts, Rental Clubs, Bar
  • Row 2: Walking, Restaurant, Food, Available Products

Web Links — five URL fields. Paste the full URL for each:

  • Facebook Info
  • Tee-Time Link
  • Twitter Link
  • Web Site Link
  • Member Login Link

Below those three sections, you'll see four content tabs with rich-text editors:

  • About Course (the default content tab)
  • Golf Outings
  • Special Events
  • Staff

Click any tab to edit. Each one uses a rich-text editor — paragraphs, bold, lists, headings.

On the Club Info tab, click Save in the top-right after editing.

Who uses this and when

General Manager, Owner, or Admin — anyone responsible for keeping facility identity accurate. Use it during initial setup, after a rebrand, when contact info changes, or when support needs your clubhouse / course ID.
