[Settings](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#settings) September 22, 2026 # Browser - Settings: Lottery ## Set up a tee time lottery schedule for your busiest days ##### **Overview** A tee time lottery lets members request times for your busiest windows, such as weekend mornings, instead of booking first come, first served. In Club Caddie Browser, you set up the lottery under **Tee Sheet Settings**: you turn it on, then add a lottery schedule that says which days, dates and times it covers, when requests open and close, and which membership classes can take part. ##### **Turn the lottery on** 1. Go to **Settings**, then **Tee Sheet Settings**. 2. Open the **Lottery** tab. 3. Turn on **Lottery Enabled**. On the **Lottery** tab, under **Lottery Schedule**, click **ADD**. 2. Enter a **Lottery Name**. 3. Under **Day of the Week**, all seven days start ticked. Untick the days the lottery shouldn't cover. For a weekend lottery, untick Monday through Friday. 4. Set the **Start Date** and **End Date**. Both must fall within the current calendar year. 5. Set the **Start Time** and **End Time** for the tee times the lottery covers. 6. Enter the **Booking Window Start**: how many days before the play date members can start requesting times. Enter a **Booking Window End** if you want requests to close a set number of days before the play date. **Booking Window Start** must be larger than **Booking Window End**. For example, a start of 14 and an end of 2 opens requests two weeks ahead and closes them two days ahead. 7. In **MemberShip Class**, choose each membership class that can take part. Pick at least one. Each class you pick is added to the list below; click **Delete** on a row to take a class off. 9. Every field marked with an asterisk on the first page is required. Two lottery schedules can't cover the same day of the week on overlapping dates. If you try, you'll see a message that a schedule already exists for those dates. ##### **Edit or remove a schedule** 1. On the **Lottery** tab, find the schedule in the **Lottery Schedule** list. 2. Choose **View/Edit** to change it, then click **Next** and **Save**. Or choose **Remove**, then click **Yes** to confirm. ##### **Common Questions** **Can I run more than one lottery schedule?** Yes. Schedules can cover the same dates if they're set for different days of the week, and schedules on separate dates can cover the same days. For example, you could add one schedule per month of the season. **Can a schedule run into next year?** No. The **Start Date** and **End Date** must both fall within the current calendar year, so a schedule can't run from December into January. **Where do I turn the whole lottery off?** Turn off **Lottery Enabled** at the top of the **Lottery** tab.
