[Settings](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#settings) October 9, 2026 # Browser - Settings: Set Up a Tee Sheet Prepayment Schedule ## Add, edit and delete prepayment rules for tee times by date, time and day, including a flat fee per player ##### **Overview** A prepayment rule sets a prepayment behaviour for a date range, a time window and the days of the week you choose. Each rule has one behaviour: **No prepayment**, **Require card without prepayment** or **Prepayment required**. With **Prepayment required**, you set the amount as a percentage or as a flat fee per player. The flat fee is the number to watch. The screen notes that when you set one, it is charged instead of the percentage. This article covers adding, editing and deleting rules. Rules live under **Settings**, **Tee Sheet Settings**, on the **Prepayment Schedule** tab. ##### **Before you start** The **Flat Fee Deposit Per Player ($)** box shows up when **Prepaid Tee Time Liability** is turned on in **Settings** \> **Tee Sheet Settings**. With it off, the rule has no flat fee box, and **Percentage (%)** is a drop-down with **0%** and **100%**. Go to **Settings** and click **Tee Sheet Settings** in the left menu. 2. Click the **Prepayment Schedule** tab. Click **ADD** at the top right of the list. **Add Prepayment Schedule** opens. 2. Set **Start Date** and **End Date**. Both start on today's date. For a one day rule, use the same date in both. 3. Set **Start Time** and **End Time**. A new rule starts at **12:00 AM** and **11:59 PM**. **Start Time** has to be earlier than **End Time**. 4. Under **Days**, tick each day the rule applies to. Choose a **Prepayment Behaviour**. It starts as **No prepayment**. **Percentage (%)** and **Flat Fee Deposit Per Player ($)** stay greyed out until you choose **Prepayment required**. If you switch to another behaviour, **Percentage (%)** goes back to **0** and the flat fee box empties. 6. For **Prepayment required**, enter the amount in **Percentage (%)** or **Flat Fee Deposit Per Player ($)**. A flat fee is a set dollar amount per player, such as **20.00**. If you use one, leave **Percentage (%)** at **0**. Leave **Class Types** as it is, or choose from the list. A rule saves without one. 8. Click **Save**. **Success!** appears. Click **OK**, and the new rule shows in the list. ##### **Edit or delete a rule** 1. On the rule's row, click the three dots in the **ACTION** column. 2. Click **View/Edit** to open **Edit Prepayment Schedule** with the rule's saved values. Change what you need and click **Save**. 3. Click **Delete** to remove the rule. Click **Yes** when asked **Are you sure you want to delete this prepayment rule?**, and **Prepayment rule deleted successfully** confirms it. ##### **Common Questions** **Where is the Flat Fee Deposit Per Player ($) box?** The box is part of the rule form when **Prepaid Tee Time Liability** is on in **Settings** \> **Tee Sheet Settings**. With it off, **Percentage (%)** offers **0%** and **100%** and there is no flat fee box. **Can I use a percentage and a flat fee on the same rule?** The form lets you fill in both. The note under the flat fee box says: **Leave blank to use the percentage. If set, this is charged instead.** So if you want a flat fee, leave **Percentage (%)** at **0**. To go back to a percentage, clear the flat fee box. **What do the messages on Save mean?** Save checks the form first. You may see an **Oops** message such as **Please select at least one day of the week.**, **Start time must be less than end time.** or **End date must be on or after start date.** Change the field it names and click **Save** again. **When is the FIXED AMOUNT column blank?** A rule with a flat fee shows the amount in **FIXED AMOUNT**.
