[Tee Sheet](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#tee-sheet) October 2, 2026 # Browser - Starter Sheet: Cart Agreement and Waiver (Front-of-House) ## Have a player sign your cart agreement from the Starter Sheet ##### **Overview** The Starter Sheet can collect a player's signature on your cart agreement right where you assign their cart. The player reads the agreement on screen, signs in a signature box, and the signature is saved with that player on the booking. The agreement wording is set up ahead of time by an admin. See [Starter Sheet: Digital Cart Waiver](https://support.clubcaddie.com/starter-sheet-digital-cart-waiver?hsLang=en) for that setup. ##### **Before you start** The player needs a cart number on the booking. The **Waiver** pencil stays greyed out until their **Cart#** box has a value. On the Starter Sheet, click the player's name on the booking card, then click **View/Edit** on the bottom bar. 2. Find the player's row and check that **Cart#** has a number. 3. Click the **Waiver** pencil next to **Cart#**. Show the player the agreement text. 5. Have the player sign in the signature box. Click the small red **X** at the top right of the signature box to clear it and start over. Click **Complete**. A **Success** message confirms the signature was added. Click **OK**. - The signature saves on its own. You only need **Save** on the booking if you just typed a cart number. ##### **Common Questions** **Why is the Waiver pencil greyed out?** The player has no cart number yet. Type one in their **Cart#** box and the pencil turns on. If the **Cart#** box is locked, your role isn't allowed to edit cart numbers. Ask an admin to update your role. **Where does the agreement wording come from?** An admin sets it in **Settings**, under **Tee Sheet Settings**. Staff can't edit it from the Starter Sheet. A player who already signed keeps the wording they signed. A change to the setting shows on new signatures only. Their saved signature loads in the box, and you can clear it, have them sign again, and click **Complete**. **What happens if I click Complete before the player signs?** The window stays open, because **Complete** saves only a signed box. Have the player sign, then click **Complete** again. **What if I click Cancel?** The window closes and nothing changes.
