[Tee Sheet](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#tee-sheet) October 1, 2026 # Browser - Starter Sheet: Check a Player In and Assign a Cart ## Log a group's start time, add cart numbers, and open the cart waiver from the Starter Sheet ##### **Overview** The Starter Sheet is where the starter records the moment each group heads out. **Starter Check In** stamps the group's start time on their booking card. You can also stamp when the group finishes, and when an 18 hole group makes the turn. This is also where you add each player's cart number, which unlocks their cart waiver. Starter check-in records timing. Payment and the booking's checked-in status stay with the Tee Sheet. ##### **Find the group** 1. Open **Starter Sheet** from the main menu. It opens on today's tee times. 2. To find a player quickly, type their name in **Search Player**. 3. Click the player's name on their booking card. Click **View/Edit** on the bottom bar. The booking opens. Rate and player details are read only here. 2. When the group heads to the tee, click **Starter Check In**. The start time is saved right away and shows where the button was. 3. In the player's **Cart#** box, type their cart number. 5. To take the cart waiver now, click the **Waiver** pencil next to **Cart#**. It stays greyed out until a cart number is entered. The paid check-in is done on the Tee Sheet, and the **CheckedIn** count on the Starter Sheet does not change when you use **Starter Check In**. **Is there another way to check a group in?** Yes. Select the booking and click **Start Time** on the bottom bar. You'll see **Starter checkin successfully.** and the card shows the start time. Use **View/Edit** when you also need to add cart numbers. **How do I record the turn and the finish?** Select the booking and click **Turn Time** or **End Time** on the bottom bar. **Turn Time** applies to 18 hole groups. Each button greys out once that time is recorded. **Can I undo a starter check-in?** Yes. Open the booking with **View/Edit** and click the red **x** next to the start time. You'll see **Check-in time has been deleted successfully.** and the **Starter Check In** button comes back. **Why can't I see the start time on the booking card?** The time is saved on the card. When several courses show side by side, the card is narrow, so use **Select Resources** to show fewer courses and each card widens to show it. **Why is the Waiver pencil greyed out?** There is no cart number for that player yet. Type one in **Cart#** and the pencil becomes clickable. **Does Cancel on the bottom bar cancel the tee time?** No. **Cancel** on the bottom bar only clears your selection.
