Moving to a different time on the same day is quick — drag it or edit it directly. Moving to a different date uses the right-click menu: Cut/Paste to reschedule or Copy/Paste to add the booking to an additional date. **![KB Top article Image for 2.0](https://support.clubcaddie.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Education/KB%20Top%20article%20Image%20for%202.0.png?width=670&height=211&name=KB%20Top%20article%20Image%20for%202.0.png)** ### Moving to a Different Time (Same Day) **Method 1: Drag and Drop** The fastest option when you need to shift a tee time a few slots earlier or later on the same day. 1. Go to **TEE SHEET** in the left navigation. 2. Locate the tee time you want to move. 3. Click and hold the tee time, then drag it to the new time slot. 4. Release to drop it. Go to **TEE SHEET** in the left navigation. 2. Double-click the tee time you want to edit, or right-click and select **View/Edit**. The booking edit window opens. 3. Adjust any of the following fields as needed: - - **Start** — the new start time for the tee time - **Turn** — the turn interval between front and back nine - **Turn Time** — the actual clock time the group will reach the turn - **Holes** — select 9 or 18 holes 4\. Click **Save** to apply the changes. **NOTE:** The edit window adjusts booking details within the same day. Which option you choose depends on what you need to accomplish: - **Cut/Paste** — reschedule a tee time. The booking is removed from the original date and placed on the new one. - **Copy/Paste** — add the same booking to another date while keeping the original in place. For example, a group that wants the same tee time next week as well. **Cut/Paste — Reschedule to a Different Date** 1. Go to **TEE SHEET** and navigate to the date where the booking currently lives. 2. Right-click the tee time you want to reschedule. 3. Select **Cut** from the menu. The booking is removed from the current date and held in the clipboard. 4. Navigate to the new date using the **View By** date field, the calendar icon, the arrow controls, or the **Today** / **Tomorrow** shortcut buttons at the top of the Tee Sheet. 5. Right-click the desired empty time slot on the new date. 6. Select **Paste**. A booking confirmation popup opens. 7. Confirm or adjust the rate, then save. The tee time now lives on the new date only. **Copy/Paste — Duplicate to an Additional Date** 1. Go to **TEE SHEET** and navigate to the date where the original booking lives. 2. Right-click the tee time you want to duplicate. 3. Select **Copy** from the menu. The original booking stays in place. 4. Navigate to the date where you want to add the booking. 5. Right-click the desired empty time slot. 6. Select **Paste**. A booking confirmation popup opens. 7. Confirm or adjust the rate, then save. Class Rates will appear if available; otherwise Rack Rates are shown. - **CopyForCourse / CutForCourse:** Use these options to move or duplicate a tee time to a different course at the same club — for example, from the Front 18 to the Back 9. These are browser-specific options not available in the Desktop Tee Sheet. - **CopyForClub / CutForClub:** Use these options to move or duplicate a tee time to a different club.
