[Tee Sheet](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#tee-sheet) October 5, 2026 # Browser - Tee Sheet: Overview ## Find your way around the Tee Sheet in Club Caddie Browser ##### **Overview** The **Tee Sheet** is the live booking grid for your course. Times run down the screen, each hole group has its own column, and every booking shows who is playing and whether they have checked in or paid. Staff come back to it all day, so it helps to know where things are before you book, check in, or block time. This page is a quick map of the screen. For the full steps to change, cancel, or block, use the linked articles at the end of this page. ##### **Open a day on the Tee Sheet** 1. Select **Tee Sheet** in the left menu. The sheet opens on today, or on the last day you viewed in this browser session. 2. To jump to a day, select **Today**, **Tomorrow**, **Saturday**, or **Sunday**. For any other day, select the date field and pick a date, or use the back and forward arrows next to it to step one day at a time. 4. To find a booking, type the first letters of the first golfer's first or last name (or a cart number) in **Search Player**. Other bookings fade. 5. After you scroll away from the current time, select the clock icon in the toolbar, to the left of **Sort by**, to scroll back to it. ##### **Read the grid** 1. Look at the **Count** row above the grid. Each badge is a total for that course and day: **All**, **CheckedIn**, **Unpaid Check-In**, **Reserved**, **Cancelled**, **No Show**, and **Rain Check**. They are read-only totals; use **Sort by** to pick out one status. 2. Find the hole group heading above each column. It shows the course, the hole group, and the date. 3. Read the color on the top of each booking. It matches the badge for that status: - Green: checked in and fully paid. - Yellow: checked in but not fully paid (**Unpaid Check-In**). - Purple: reserved, tee time not yet passed. - Tan or orange: the tee time has passed and the golfer was never checked in (**No Show**). 4. Look for a colored bar across a row. A bar is a block, event, group reservation, or shotgun start. A block or event bar reads as the type, a dash, then the description your facility entered. A block you named Wednesday Mens League shows as `NoTeeTimesBlock - Wednesday Mens League`. 5. If a slot shows **Hold** with a countdown, someone is partway through booking it. **My Hold** is a slot you are holding yourself. ##### **Narrow what you see** 1. To pick out one status, select **Sort by** and choose **All**, **CheckedIn**, **Unpaid Check-In**, **Reserved**, **Cancelled**, **No Show**, or **Rain Check**. Bookings in other statuses fade. To show only some courses or hole groups, select **Select Resources** and tick the ones you want. 3. To fit more or less of the day on screen, open the slot height button (it starts at **Small**) and choose a taller or shorter height. Depending on your role, you may also see a heatmap button, a rate map button, and **Dist. Engine** in the toolbar. They open their own panel or screen and only show for roles that have access. ##### **Open the menu for a slot or booking** 1. To act on an open time, select the arrow beside the time. The menu includes **Book Tee Time** and **Block Slots**. 2. To act on a booking, right-click it, or select the ⋮ icon on its card. Both open the same menu. On a booking that has not been checked in, select **Check In** to open the Register with the tee time ready to pay. A hole group that is not ticked is hidden from the grid. **What does tan or orange on a booking mean?** It is a **No Show**: the tee time has passed and the golfer was not checked in. The **No Show** badge and the **No Show** entry in **Sort by** use the same color. **Can I see more than one course at once?** Yes. Tick more than one course or hole group in **Select Resources** and each one gets its own column. **Who sees the heatmap, rate map, and Dist. Engine buttons?** Those views show for roles that have access to them. Ask your manager to check your role's access. **Do the Count badges filter the sheet?** No. They are totals.
