A Turn Time Only Block holds a stretch of tee sheet slots for turn times, the back nine continuation of 18 hole rounds already on the course. During the block, golfers booking online cannot book a new first tee time in those slots.

What the block does, and does not do

Online booking is what the block restricts. While the block is active, golfers booking online can book turn times only in that window. No new first tee bookings come in from online channels.

Your own staff are not locked out. From the tee sheet, staff can still book into the blocked window normally: adding a booking, editing one, dragging and dropping, copying and pasting, and repeating bookings all work. If the pro shop needs to squeeze a group into the blocked stretch, they can.

Turn times book normally for everyone. The back nine continuations the block exists to protect are unaffected.

If your team's habit has been to avoid booking into these windows from the tee sheet, that is no longer necessary. Staff bookings go through; the block holds the window against online bookings only.

Creating a Turn Time Only Block

Step 1: Select the TEE SHEET module from the module navigation menu.

Step 2: Click on the time that you want the block to start, select Block Slots, then Turn Times Only.

Step 3: Enter the Start Time and End Time that you want to block. There is also a section for Reason which will be displayed on tee sheet for the blocked time. Click Save.

Common Questions

Golfers say they can't book online during the block. Is something wrong?

No, that is the block working. Online booking only accepts turn times in the blocked window. If the golfer needs a first tee slot in that window, staff can book it from the tee sheet.

Why can my staff book into a blocked slot?

By design. The block holds the window against online bookings; the tee sheet itself stays fully in your team's control.

Does the block affect turn times?

No. Turn times from earlier 18 hole bookings land in the blocked window normally.
