[Vouchers](https://support.clubcaddie.com/browser?hsLang=en#vouchers) October 5, 2026 # Browser - Vouchers : Editing a Punch Card ## Set or change the expiration date on a punch card after it has been sold ##### **Overview** You can set or change the expiration date on a punch card after it has been sold. Maybe the card was sold without an expiration date, or the customer asked for more time. Edit the sold card directly instead of canceling it and selling a new one. The expiration date is the only field you type into, and the new date has to be after today. The change applies to that one customer's card. The punch card type and every other customer's card stay as they are. ##### **Find the punch card** 1. Click **Vouchers** in the left navigation. 2. Click **Punch Cards** in the menu on the left. 3. Find the card in the list by its **Punchcard Number**. Each row also shows the **Expiration Date**. In a long list, type the number in the **Punch Card No.** box and click **Search**. Match the card by its punch card number, since the **Customer Name** column does not always show a name. ##### **Change the expiration date** 1. In the **EDIT PUNCH CARD** window, set the new date in **Expiration Date**. Click **Save**. ##### **Common Questions** **Can I change anything besides the expiration date?** Not by typing. The expiration date is the only field you type into. **Customer Name**, **Address**, **Phone** and **Email** show the customer the card belongs to, and you can't type into them. The **Add Customer** buttons at the top of the window work with the customer on the card. To change only the date, you don't need them. **Can I set an expiration date in the past?** No. Pick a date after today. If you pick an earlier date, Club Caddie shows an error and doesn't save the change. **Does editing one card change the punch card type?** No. The edit applies only to the customer's card you opened. The punch card type, and every other customer's card, stay as they are. **How do I look at a card without changing it?** Use **View** on the same row menu instead of **Edit**. **Why is there no Edit option on an archived punch card?** Archived punch cards only offer **View** and **UnArchive**. **Edit** is on the cards in the main **Punch Cards** list. -
