[CRM](https://support.clubcaddie.com/customers?hsLang=en#crm) May 13, 2026 # Customer : Create a New Email Campaign (MailChimp) ## This article summarizes how to create a new Email Campaign. ### **Step-By-Step:** **Step 1:** Click on the **Customer** tab (1) from the header of the window. You can click the **Tick Boxes** (3) to select the players you want to add to this email campaign. You can also choose from created groups by clicking on the **Select Groups** tab (4) after clicking the **Tick Boxes** to select groups of players you want to add to this campaign. Select one of the existing templates. You can fill in the content of the email campaign using the available tools, ie. font, adding hyperlinks, etc., just like you can edit content in MS Word.
