Customers : Convert Sub-Members To A Primary Member

Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Click Customers in the top navigation, then open the Members tab to view active member profiles.
Step 3: To remove a sub-member from a primary account, open the Primary Member profile from the Members tab. Click on the Membership tab, then Sub member.
Step 4: Click Remove (x) next to the sub-member you want to detach, then confirm the removal when prompted.

Step 5: After removal, verify the change: the former sub-member is automatically removed from the Members tab and is now available under the Customers tab.
Step 6: To convert a former sub-member into a Primary Member, open their customer profile. Click Signup for Membership, select the correct membership class, and complete the sign-up process. Once saved, the profile will appear as an active member in the Members tab.

To reinstate an expired member, go to Customers → Customers tab, search for the former member, open their customer profile, then click Add Membership and complete the renewal. After renewal, the profile will return to the Members tab.
