Customers : Playing History
This article outlines how to search for the playing history of an individual customer or member.
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Click on the Customers tab, followed by the Members option.

Step 2: Choose the member whose playing history you wish to view, then click on their Action Section and select View/Edit. A Customer Profile pop-up will appear.

Step 3: Select the Playing History tab.
Within the Playing History tab, you'll find a comprehensive record for the selected member. This includes details on the following:
Rounds Played - Total number of rounds played.
No Shows - The tee time was booked but never checked in.
Loyalty Points - The total amount of loyalty points.
Payment Status - If the payment has been completed.
Course Name - Which course the round was played.
Checked in Status - What happened to the booking; canceled, raincheck, no show, and checked in.
You also have the option to search the history by date or booking ID.
