Events: Assigning A Course To An Event, League, Or Outing
Article Contents: How to assign a specific course and tee sheet to a golf event, league, or outing in Club Caddie.
If your facility has more than one course, you can now specify which course and tee sheet resources an event, league, or outing will use. Previously, events appeared across all courses in the same clubhouse — which created confusion and made reporting harder. Now each event is tied to a specific course.
When to Use This
- You're scheduling a league or outing and need it to appear on one course only.
- Your facility has multiple courses and you want to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- You need reports to reflect rounds on the correct course.
How to Assign a Course to an Event
Events → Golf League/Outings → Edit Golf Outing Event → Select Course

- In the top navigation, go to Events.
- Select Golf League/Outings from the left menu.
- Find the event you want to update and click to edit it.
- Locate the Select Course field and choose the correct course from the dropdown.
- Save your changes.
TIP: If you change the course after setup, double-check that any existing tee time blocks or resources still apply to the new course.
NOTE: If your facility has only one course, the Select Course field will still appear — there will just be one option. This feature has the most impact at multi-course and MCO facilities.
