[Key Features and Procedures](https://support.clubcaddie.com/food-and-beverage-app?hsLang=en#key-features-and-procedures) January 8, 2026 # F&B App : Using Modifiers ## Article Contents: This article explains how to select, review, and edit modifiers when adding items to tabs in the F&B app. Modifiers display directly beneath the item on the same screen (no pop-ups), and are arranged horizontally to save space. **Step-by-Step:** **Step 1:** Open the F&B app and select the tab you’re adding items to. ![](https://support.clubcaddie.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-08-2026-02-20-55-0812-PM.png?width=863&height=618&name=image-png-Jan-08-2026-02-20-55-0812-PM.png) **Step 2:** Tap an item on the menu. Optional modifiers can be skipped if the guest does not need changes. **Step 4:** Watch for modifier upcharges shown next to modifier options. The server taps Prime Rib, then selects the required meat temperature modifier (marked with a red asterisk) to clear the red outline. The guest also asks to remove bell peppers and add extra jalapeños on a topping group, so the server selects those optional modifiers. The guest upgrades to onion rings as a side, and the app displays the $2 upcharge (plus $0.50 for “extra” if selected).
