Step 1: Locate the Club Caddie F&B app icon on your tablet, then tap it to open the application.

Step 2: Enter the same environment number, username, and password as you would on the desk top version.





Step 3: At the top of the login screen, select your Role, Location, and Terminal for your shift.

Selecting the correct information is essential. It feeds directly into your facility’s reporting and accuracy. Your terminal may also include role-specific settings.


Step 4: Enter your PIN using the on-screen PIN pad to log in. 

Review any Register Notes shown on the PIN lock screen. These notes are set up by your facility in the desktop system under Register Settings → Register Notes and may include daily specials, promotions, or reminders.




 

Step 5: If needed, tap Clock In (bottom left) before starting service. Your facility may require you to be clocked in before you can start a tab.

If you cannot start a tab or cannot clock out, check with a manager. Your facility may be using desktop settings that block starting a tab when you’re not clocked in, or block clocking out when you have open tabs

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the following information at the bottom of the screen:

  • Terminal: Shows which terminal you’re currently logged into.

  • Chat: Opens a pop-up window where you can contact support if you have questions.

  • Version number: Displays the version you’re currently using. Be sure to reference this when requesting support and when confirming whether you’re up to date.
