MEMBERS : HOW TO VIEW BALANCES ON THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL

Article Contents: This article gives step-step instructions on how to view the previous and current balances of members in the membership portal.

Step By Step:

Step 1: Click the Gear Wheel icon in the window's top right corner. Select I-Frames from the left-hand menu. 


Step 2: In the I-Frames window, click the link in front of the Membership row to access the Membership Portal. After clicking on the link, the system will redirect you to the Membership Portal.


Step 3: Login with a User id (Membership Id or Email Id) and password.



Step 4: Click on PAYMENT HISTORY from the left-hand menu. In the PAYMENT HISTORY window, you can see the Previous Balance, Current Balance, and other payment info.
