[Membership Portal](https://support.clubcaddie.com/members?hsLang=en#membership-portal) October 8, 2025 # Members : Events ## Article Contents This article contains a step-by-step guide on Membership portal - Events. **Step-by-Step:**     To first create a password for a member, follow steps 1-2 below. **Step 1:**  Click on the "Customer" button at the top of the screen. Click on "Member" from the right corner of the screen. You can see the list of members then double click on a member to populate their profile.  ![](https://support.clubcaddie.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-08-2025-01-20-18-9860-PM.png?width=1919&height=934&name=image-png-Oct-08-2025-01-20-18-9860-PM.png)     **Step 2:**  From the top navigation menu, click the "Membership" tab, and then click "Settings". After that, you can set the password for the online profile and click "Save".    ![](https://support.clubcaddie.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-08-2025-01-21-11-5943-PM.png?width=1433&height=802&name=image-png-Oct-08-2025-01-21-11-5943-PM.png) **Step 3:**  Click on the Gear wheel Icon on the top right corner of the screen. Click on "I-Frames" in the right corner of the screen, then you can see the Membership portal link and click on it.
