Version 5.0.3.5 is an enhancement release of Club Caddie that focuses on improving the overall user experience and functionality of the entire system.

New Features/Enhancements

  • Register
    • CardConnect processing integration – New Hardware for Credit/Debit Transactions. Full compatability with Tap to Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
    • Can now use the number pad on the keyboard to enter in Employee PIN’s
    • Ability to add a Tax Type/Group for Event Service Charge
  • Activities 
    • Custom time intervals for activities
    • Activity Class Rates – If a Customer has a Class associated to their Profile, you can now create Class Rates for Activity bookings
    • On-site and Online booking windows can now be set separately
    • Online activity bookings confirmation emails
    • "No Activities" and "No Online Times" blocks can now be utilized for all resources
  • Events 
    • Event Revenue converts from liability to A/R after the date of event if not paid in full
    • Tying Customers to Golf Leagues
  • Membership
    • Custom Statement Generation – From within a Member Profile –> Membership tab –> Ledger, you can now use the Date Filters to generate a custom Statement. This Statement will include all charges in that date range, and will look very similar to a regular Invoice
    • After a customer signs up for the app, they get an automated email telling them their username and e-mail that is on file
    • Setting to control the Default Setting for the Charge Account to be ON
  • Settings
    • Toggle on/off automatic email confirmation setting within Tee Sheet Settings
    • Toggle on/off mandatory requirement for a chart of accounts selection when creating new sub-departments
    • Online Membership Sale: Toggle if a membership class is available for online sale
  • Reports
    • Customer Spend by Department Report – Service Charge now shows in its own column
    • Sales by Department Report – new filter for individual employees.
    • MIR Report now handles Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Minimums
    • Oracle GL Code Report – new GL Report with Oracle formatting that can be exported to CSV
