Version 4.0.1.19 is the first of an exciting series of new Club Caddie releases that focuses on improving the functionality of Food and Beverage Operations – highlighted by Employee PIN Lock and On-Demand mobile ordering.

New Features/Enhancements

Food and Beverage
  • Employee PIN Lock – This is a Terminal-specific Setting that can be turned on for F&B Terminals. When enabled, employees can enter their employee PIN and only see Tabs in the Register that are tied to their employee profile. This will greatly reduce the amount of Tabs that are open at a given time, as well as preventing other employees from accidentally adding items to an incorrect Tab.

  • On-Demand Mobile Ordering – this is a new feature that is available for facilities that utilize the white-label mobile application. Customers/Members can log into the app and order items for delivery or pickup. 

  • Tip Warning Message – if a Tip is applied that is greater than the Order Total, a warning message appears asking the user if they are sure that they want to apply the Tip. Prevents accidental Tip application.
Reports
  • Clock In/Out Report – formatting of excel exports has been redone to improve their readability. Additionally, inconveniences in the reporting filter have been addressed.
Tee Sheet
  • Wallet Quick Pay - Quick Pay by Customer Wallet added functionality.
  • Enhancement to Split-Reserved Times being “Added to an Existing Order” in the Register.
  • UI Enhancement for Customer/Member information being saved to their Profile.
Member Billing
  • Enhancements to formatting on Member Invoices.
Settings/3P Integrations
  • Magtek Credentials by Terminal Location – this gives Facilities the ability to have different FirstPay Accounts at different Terminals that use the MagTek hardware (Terminal-Specific Setting).
