Activity Center - Reservation Strategy

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to set a terminal specific floor plan.

Function: This will enable users to specify what Floor Plans are available to view in the Register when starting a Tab.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Click on the Gear Wheel icon in the top-right corner of the screen for Settings. Then, click on Floor Plan on the left hand side menu.




Step 2: Check the box on the right hand side for what terminal you want to set the floor plan for. Then, set the floor plan and then click Save on the bottom of the screen.



Example: If there are different terminal locations for Bar, Restaurant, and Patio that have Floor Plans, all of the Floor Plans can be available for ALL of those Terminal Locations but not available to the Pro Shop Terminal Location.
