Booking a Tee Time through the Member Portal

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to book a tee time through the membership portal.


Step 1: A list of options is available within the member portal along the left-hand menu. Select BOOK TEE TIME and click the intended course name. 

Step 2: Once the course name is selected, the system will display the current day’s tee sheet to view all available tee times for the present day.

Step 3: To search for another day, Click "=" in the left-hand corner of the booking engine.

Step 4: Filters will open up for the search criteria. Whether looking to change a date, select the number of players, pick either 9/18 holes, followed by clicking on Search. These filters will pull the criteria to search.

Step 5: Select the time of the booking and click on "Book Now." The system will then prompt for the input of additional player names and allow listing any special notes to share with staff. Ex. Special Requests, etc. After you enter all players, click "continue to book, " where you can confirm the reservation.

27-HOLE COURSES - Currently, customers cannot select which 9-hole course to play. The system will default scheduling to the 9-hole course set in the rotation schedule.

Step 6: A reservation has now successfully been booked through the member portal.
