Customers - Search/Add/View Customer Profiles

This article covers how to Search/Add/View Customer  profiles.


Step-by-Step:  
Step 1:  Click on the “Customers” tab from the top navigation bar.



Step 2:  Select "Customers" from the left row of the window and click on the "ADD CUSTOMER" button.



Step 3: Then the system will pop up the "ADD CUSTOMER" window. You need to fill in all customer's information and click on the "Save" button.



Step 4: You can search customer using the search bar by Customer Name, Customers Id or you can select customer manually.


Step 5: To search customers' profiles select a particular customer and click on the "Action" menu then click the "View/Edit" option. The system will pop up the "CUSTOMER PROFILE" window.
