This article explains how a manager can make adjustments to an employee's timecard.

Step 1: To adjust an employee's timecard we will be utilizing the Payroll Center found within settings. Navigate first (1) to the settings module by clicking the gear wheel in the top right-hand corner. Next use the left-hand navigation menu to find "Payroll Center" (2).

Step 2:
Utilizing the filters at the top of the payroll center you can filter to (1) specific users; (2) filter the timecard status between approved/pending/declined; and (3) by date range.

In our example, we'll filter to Drew's timecards for this week, that are in any status.

Step 3: Once you have located your timecard you can select the "Edit" button (4). You'll have the opportunity to adjust all columns excluding employee names and the calculated hours and minutes.

Step 4: Once you have made the necessary adjustments (1) to the columns for the timecard record, be sure to leave an admin note (2), before selecting "Save" (3) to finalize your edits.

In our example, we have adjusted Drew's start time to 7 am and left an admin note as a reminder before finalizing the changes by selecting save.
