Member Management - Assign Member Classes

This article gives step-by-step instructions on how to assign a member class to a member.


Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Select the CUSTOMERS module from the module navigation menu. Here you will see a list of all the customers.




Step 2:  Click on the View/Edit button in the Action section for the intended customer. The system will open a CUSTOMER PROFILE window.




Step 3: 
Click on the Membership tab.


Step 4: Using the Membership Class drop-down list. Select the desired class from the list.

 
Step 5: The system will open a MEMBERSHIP CLASS window containing the Effective date and Expiration date. Choose the Expiration date and click the OK button.



Step 6: A newly assigned member class will now show in the Member Classes List section. Click on the Save button to save the changes for the customer.
