Register - Creating a New Gift Voucher

This article shows users how to create a new gift voucher.


Step-By-Step:


Step 1:  On the REGISTER (1) module, click on the TOOLS (2) tab. 



Step 2: Click on the Gift button (1). The system will prompt you with a pop-up to fill in the Gift Voucher details. Fill in the details like Name, Amount, Expiration Date of the voucher, and Notes. The voucher number can be auto-generated by selecting Auto from the drop-down menu, or you can also create a unique voucher code by selecting Specified from the drop-down (2). Click on the ADD button (3) to complete.

 



Step 3: The system will place the voucher in a register tab (1). To complete the transaction the gift voucher will have to be paid for. Click on the Pay (2) button and a PAYMENT MODE (3) window will open to select a method of payment.



Step 4: You can go to the REPORTS (1) module and click on Credit Voucher Reports (2) to find the generated Gift Voucher.



If you would like to add the Gift Voucher to a members account, click on the search option in the pop up window when creating the voucher in step 2. Once the Voucher is paid for, you be able to view the voucher in the members profile under the Cards tab.
