This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to associate customers with vouchers.
Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Select the REGISTERS module from the module navigation menu and click on the "TOOLS" tab.
Step 2:
Click on the "Gift Vouchers" button. The system will prompt you with a pop-up called "Generate Credit Voucher". There are two option's to associate a customer with a voucher. The first option is to click on "+" to add a new customer and the second option is to click on the "Search" symbol to add an already listed customer.
Step 3:
For a new customer click on the "+" symbol. The system will show you a pop-up called "Add Customer" to fill in customer details. Fill in all customer details, and then click on "Save" to save or click on "Cancel" to cancel.
Step 4:
Within the "Generate Credit Voucher" window, fill in the "Voucher Amount" and "Expiration Dates" and click on the "Add" button.
Step 5:
For the second option click on the "Search" symbol. The system will show you a pop-up window called "Select Customer." Select the customer to add a voucher and click "Done".
Step 6:
From the "GENERATE CREDIT VOUCHER" window, fill in the "Voucher Amount" and "Expiration Dates" and click on the "ADD" button.
Step 7:
The REGISTER will now show the newly created voucher.
Step 8: To edit voucher details, click on the "Pencil" symbol and edit voucher then click on the "Add" button.
