Register - Employee PIN Lock

This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding employee PIN locks.
Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Click on the gear wheel icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Scroll down to the “Terminal Management” button in the row on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the required terminal for the “Lock Screen” option. Click on the “EDIT” button and toggle on the “Lock Screen” feature.
Step 3: Scroll up and click on the “Course User Info” button. Select “Employee User” and click on the “EDIT” button. Set a 4-digit “Unique Identification Key” for that user. After that, log out and log back in; you will find the lock is enabled.
(Optional: You can also set the “User Color Tab” for the user.)
Step 4: Click on the “+” button to add a customer, or click on the “Quick Tab” button to add a quick tab. Right-click, and a screen will pop up in the current window. Now select the customer and associate a user/employee to the customer from the “Select Employee” tab. Click on “Done.”
