Step 1:- Select the Item which you want to hide from the register screen, then right click on it.




Step 2:- You can see the "Edit Inventory" option on the screen. Click on it, you will get a window with all the information about the Item.



Step 3:- You will find the "Register visibility" option in the window click on it and update the setting, the selected item will hide from the register screen.
