Register - Membership Payment

This article contains instructions on how to make Membership Payments through the register.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Click on the REGISTER (1) module followed by the TOOLS tab (2). Next click on the Membership Payment button (3). The system will generate a PAYMENT pop-up window (4).



Step 2:  Within the PAYMENT pop-up window, fill in the Membership Id for the payment and Amount. The member can be found by clicking on the search icon. Once completed, click OK to add the item to the cart.  



Step 3: The system creates a membership payment line item in the cart. Follow standard payment procedures to complete the payment.


Note: Members can make a Membership Payment/Deposit with another Membership ID

Please note that if the member overpays, that amount will simply be a credit on their account and will be applied during the next billing cycle.
