Register - Payment Methods

This article will go through the various options of payments. You can click on the "Pay" button on the desired tab and you will be prompted with the "Payment Mode" pop-up displaying the following options:
  1. Cash
  2. Check
  3. Card Swipe
  4. Manual Card Entry
  5. Membership ID,
  6. Gift Card/Credit Voucher.
  7. Custom Payment Methods


Step-by-Step 

Step 1:  Select the tab from the tab list to complete the payment on.

Step 2: There are various options to Pay, You can click on "Pay" Button on the tab and you will be prompted a pop up "Payment Mode" with the following options:



Cash: 

You can select the cash button and click on Ok. Another pop up will open and show transaction details. You can fill in the details of how much cash you are accepting.  If the amount paid by the customer is higher than the payment amount it will show you the change you have to return to the customer.



Check: 

Select the check button and click on ok.
You will get a pop up prompting you for the
 check number for reference, to finalize the payment click on ok.



Card Swipe: 

You can select the card swipe button and click on Ok. The system will prompt you to swipe the card on your credit card processing hardware.  Once the card is swiped the system will inform you of any declines or successful payments.



Manual Card Entry: 

You can select the manual card entry button and click on ok. You will be prompted to fill out the card numbers, expiration date, and cvv number.

Membership ID:  

You can select the button for Membership ID's and click on ok. The system will prompt you to fill in a valid Membership ID and then click on ok.



Gift Card/Credit Voucher: 

You can select the button for Gift Card/Credit Voucher and click on ok. The system will prompt you to fill in Voucher number and click on ok.      


The other options for payment in the register are Split Pay and Divide Pay.
