Register - Tools - Check Voucher Balance

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to check a voucher balance under the Tools tab.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Select the REGISTER module from the module navigation menu. Click on the TOOLS tab.


Step 2: Click on the Check Voucher Balance button. The system will generate a CHECK VOUCHER BALANCE pop-up window. 



Step 3: Input the Voucher number and click Check Balance of the voucher. You can also search by Voucher Number, Customer Name, or Voucher Number.


Step 4: The system will generate a VIEW CREDIT VOUCHER window displaying the voucher balance. The balance can be printed by clicking on the Print button.
