Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Click on the REPORTS module. Click on the Quickbooks button from the left menu.
**Note** If the golf course uses the Quickbooks desktop version they can export all transactions in the .iif file format
Step 2: Customers can search for accounts on a particular item from the search tab. Or Customers can download all data for Customers, Items, Sales, and Receipts.
A choice can be made between Day, Week, Month, Year, or From and Till date by selecting from the calendar drop down and click on Search for particular dates.
Step 3:- You can click on the Export IIF button to generate the.IIF file to be uploaded to Quickbooks.
