Sales - How To Clone An Order

Cloning is a way for the system to duplicate an existing order. Reasons to clone an order include: re-using a previous order for a customer, or quickly processing an order with minor adjustments.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Click on the SALES module from the main navigation menu. A Recent Orders screen will appear.
Step 2: Under the Action column, click on the three dots next to the order that needs to be cloned. Select "Clone" from the list of options that appear in the pop-up menu.
Step 3: Once you click on "Clone," a new Register tab will appear with the same items as the original order but with a different order ID. You can now modify the cloned order as needed.
