Selling a punchcard

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to sell a punch card. 

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Navigate to the 'REGISTER' module. In the left panel click the category 'TOOLS'. Within the 'TOOLS' category under the section titled 'PUNCH CARD TYPES', click on the punch card to be sold. The system will open a 'GENERATE PUNCH CARD' pop-up window.





Step 2: Use the '+' icon to add a new customer or the magnifying glass to search for an existing customer. Once the customer has been selected fill in the 'Punch card Amount', 'Expiration Dates', and 'Punch card No.' The punch card number is generated automatically or can be manually specified by choosing 'Specified' from the provided drop-down. Once populated, click 'ADD'. The system will add the punch card information to the right register panel.



Step 3: Follow the normal payment process to complete the assignment of the punch card to the customer profile.
