Step By Step:
A. Setting Up a Convenience Fee:
Step 1: Click the Gear Wheel icon located at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Register Settings" from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click the toggle box to the right of the "Charge Convenience Fee" label to enable the convenience fee charges.
Step 3: To set a convenience fee as a percentage of the bill, enter the desired percentage in the text field next to the "Convenience Fee Percentage" label and click "Submit." The convenience fee will then be applied to sales.
B. Locating a Charged Convenience Fee:
Note: A convenience fee will only be charged to credit card purchases.
Step 1: Select the REGISTER module from the module navigation menu.
Step 2: Select items from the left window. Once selections are complete, click the "Pay" button. The system will generate a new "PAYMENT MODE" window. Select the payment mode—either "Credit/Debit" or "Manual Card Entry"—and then click the "Ok" button.
Step 3: Once the order is placed successfully, the convenience fee can be viewed in the sales receipt.
