Step 1: Check if any rack rates are set to available online

1.1 Log into your Club Caddie account.

1.2 From the dashboard, navigate to the 'Settings' tab.



1.3 In the left menu, select 'Rack Rate Management'.

1.4 Here, verify whether it lists "Yes" under the 'Available Online' column for each rack rate. If not, you will need to set your rack rates to be available online.



Step 2: Verify the online booking window for the rate and for tee-sheet settings


2.1 While still in the 'Rack Rate Management' settings, check the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' for each rate to ensure they are correct.

2.2 Next, check the 'Start Time' and 'End Time' for each rate to make sure they are correctly set for online booking.


Step 3: Check online tee time settings

3.1 From the 'Settings' tab, navigate to 'Tee Sheet Settings'.

3.2 Verify that the 'Online Tee Time Settings' are set correctly. These settings dictate when and how tee times are made available for online booking.


Step 4: Ensure there are no blocks on the tee sheet for the given day

4.1 Navigate to the 'Tee Sheet' tab from the main dashboard.
