This article demonstrates how to utilize Chat Support AI. This feature is available to help assist in answering your questions regarding Club Caddie.

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Log into your facility on Club Caddie.



Step 2: Select Chat Support AI in the bottom right corner.

Step 3: Here you will be able to ask questions regarding how to better use Club Caddie

Looper AI Support provides instant, guided assistance directly within the software interface. Users can ask “how-to” questions, follow step-by-step walkthroughs, and receive contextual help—all without leaving their workflow. Looper reduces dependency on external support and accelerates onboarding and troubleshooting.

Tips & Tricks: 

• To close the Looper window, click the “Chat” Icon. 

• Try typing “How do I add service charge to a tab?” to see guided responses in action.

• Use for quick refreshers—ideal for new hires or rarely used tasks.
  

Please note that the chat does keep your history for you reference. You can select a different screen, or even log out and log back in days later and your history will still be populated in the chat.
