Switching Between Courses
Article Contents:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to allow staff to toggle between different golf courses (e.g., Championship 18, Executive 9) while preserving tee sheet variables unique to each course. Understanding the difference between per-course and global settings ensures precise control and prevents accidental system-wide changes
Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Navigate to the Tee Sheet module. Switch between courses from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Facilities can now seamlessly switch between courses directly within the Tee Sheet module, allowing customized tee sheet settings for different course configurations (e.g., 9-hole, 18-hole, 27-hole).
Click on Settings. Then select Tee Sheet Settings from the menu on the left.

Step 3: Under the Course Tee Sheet Settings Tab, you can name your course and select how many holes it is.

Step 4: To name your other course you will need to select Switch Course from the top of the screen, and do the same as in steps 2-3.
Ensure you’re in the correct course before updating Course-Specific Settings.
Step 5: Global - These apply to all courses (unless overridden).
- Select Holes (bypassed at Course Tee Sheet Setting)
- Sales Tax

- POS Booking Window (bypassed at rate level)

Course A, you might set Max Players to 10 and the tee-time interval to 8 minutes. When you switch to Course B using the Course Selector, those values carry over—but you can override them as needed, such as changing Max Players to 8 for a more compact layout.
