Trouble Shooting: Class Rates not Populating on Tee Sheet

This article provides step by step instructions on to trouble shoot when a class rate is not populating on the tee sheet for a member.
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Check the members profile under the Member Info tab that their class is Active.

Step 2: Make sure that the member's class has rates associated to it. Navigate to Settings > Class Rate Management. Then select the Class Type from the drown down and click Search.

Step 3: For a specific rate that is not populating, locate the rate in Class Rate Management and check the settings for the rate. Ex. Days available, Start/End date, Start/End time, booking window, etc. and make sure these settings are correct.

For ex. If you have a class rate with a booking window of 14 days, and you are trying to book that rate a month out, that rate would not populate.
Step 4: Check your Rack Rates that could be overriding all Class Rates. Navigate to Settings > Rack Rate Management > then select Edit on a rate to display the rates details. If Override All Class Rates is toggled on, you would not be able to see your desired Class Rate on the tee sheet.


If its a member that is logging in their portal and they do not see their Class Rate as on option, please make sure that they are logging in with the same email address that is associated with their membership.
