Viewing a punchcard balance

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to view a punchcard balance. 

Step-by-Step:

Punch card balances can be viewed either:


A) Within a customer profile or B) By navigating to Punch cards within the VOUCHERS module.

Customer Profile (A):

Step 1: Select the 'CUSTOMERS' module from the module navigation menu. Click 'Customers' in the left-hand menu. The system will open an 'ALL CUSTOMERS' window where all customers can be viewed.



Step 2: Search for a customer using the provided search field or navigate to the customer. Click the 'ACTION' section of the customer and click 'View/Edit' from the pop-up window. The system will open a customer profile pop-up window.





Step 3: Click 'PUNCH CARDS' which can be found under the 'Cards' tab. The 'Punchcards' window displays members’ punch cards: 'Title', 'Number', 'Expiration Date', and 'Available Rounds'.



Voucher Module (B):

Step 1:  Select the 'VOUCHERS' module from the module navigation menu. Click 'Punch cards' from the left-hand menu.



Step 2: Search for a punch card number using the provided search field or navigate to the customer to be viewed. Click the 'View' button for the customer. The system will open a 'PUNCH CARD VIEW' pop-up window.





Step 3: Clicking the tab 'PUNCH CARD RATE' will allow for the viewing of a punchcard's 'Quantity', 'Rounds Used', and 'Rounds Reserved'. Clicking the 'Usage' button will display a more detailed listing of usage in a system-generated 'Punch card Rate Usage' pop-up window.


This window can also be accessed from the 'PUNCH CARD VIEW' by clicking the 'Usage' button.
