Register : Membership Payment
Article Contents This article contains instructions on how to make a membership payment on an account through the register.
Step By Step:
Step 1: Click on the REGISTER module (1) from the top navigation bar, followed by clicking on the TOOLS tab (2). Next, click on MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT (3). You'll be issued a pop-up window that will allow you to enter in the membership number and payment amount.
Step 2: Within the payment window, you can either type in the membership id number or click on the magnifying glass to search for the member who will be making the payment.
The current balance will be displayed in the popup window for your reference next to "Member Balance."
Enter in the amount of the payment and click OK.
Step 3: The payment will be pushed to the REGISTER where you can add any other items to the sale if you wish or simply click on PAY to complete the transaction and tender out via the payment method received.
NOTE: If the member overpays, the amount of overpayment will be a credit on the members ledger and will be applied during the next billing cycle.
