REPORTS: CALCULATING YEARLY ROUNDS

Article Content: This Article Explains How To Calculate Your Yearly Rounds By Using The Various Reports Available In Club Caddie. You’ll Learn Which Reports To Use And How To Interpret The Data To Get An Accurate Total Of Rounds Played Over The Year.

Step by step guide:

Step 1: Click on the Reports module along the top.

Step 2: Select a report from the left-side menu. - See below for best options when calculating your yearly rounds.




Sales by Department Report:
  • If a rate has inventory tied to it, the Sales by Department Report will display the specific inventory item associated with that rate (e.g., “Member Cart 18,” “Member Green Fee,” “Resident 18 Green Fee,” etc.).
  •  If a rate does not have inventory tied to it, those rounds will be reported under the Tee Time Department in the Sales by Department Report. Currently, all Outing and League check-ins are also included under the Tee Time Department.

The Sales by Department Report can be generated for a custom date range and filtered by department as needed. It can also be exported to Excel or PDF.  

The Tee Time Department is hardcoded and will always appear near the bottom of the Sales by Department Report.

 


Rounds Played Report: The Rounds Played Report displays each customer and guest’s name, along with the number of rounds played and the total amount spent. 

This report excludes Golf Outing and Golf League check-ins. You can generate the report for a specific time period and export it by clicking the arrow next to the floppy disk icon, then selecting your preferred export option.




 

Rounds Breakdown Report: The Rounds Breakdown will report out day-by-day. This report does not include Golf Outing and Golf League check-ins
The report can be filtered by 8 different options:
 1. Average Daily Rounds by Source - (how the tee time was booked: POS, Online, etc. with
 Average Daily Rate)
 2. Average Daily Rounds by Type - (rounds by rate name with Average Daily Total)
 3. Rounds by Source - (how the tee time was booked (POS, Online, etc.)
 4. Rounds by Type - (rounds by rate name)
 5. Average Daily Rounds by Class Rule - (rounds by class rate with average daily rate)
 6. Rounds by Class Rule - (rounds by class rate)
 7. Average Daily Rounds - (rounds by rate name)
 8. Average Daily Rounds by Hour - (rate name and quantity by hour)


 

You can generate the report for a specific time period and export it by clicking the arrow next to the floppy disk icon, then selecting your preferred export option.

 

Golfer History Report: This report displays all rounds booked under a specific customer’s name, including pending rounds. It is not limited to checked-in rounds. You can filter the report by a selected time frame, and it provides details such as the total number of rounds, total 9-hole rounds, total 18-hole rounds, and additional data.



The report can also be exported to Excel for further analysis.
