This article contains a guide on how to issue refunds in Cardpointe.

Step by Step guide:
 
Step 1: Login to your Cardpointe portal.



Step 2: Click on Reporting. Then locate the correct transaction click on the Transaction #.


 
Step 3: Click on the Refund button and specify amount, then the partial or full amount and Refund reason.
