Tee Sheet: Google Bookings
Article Content: This Article Explains How Golf Clubs Should Provide And Verify Their Business Information For Onboarding With Reserve With Google (RwG). All Data Must Be Accurate, Valid, And Aligned With The Club's Google Business Profile.
Step by Step:
Below are the fields that must be filled correctly. All values should match between your Google Business Profile and the information within General Course Info in Club Caddie.
Step 1: Click on Settings, and then General Course Info from the left-hand-side menu. The information here needs to match what's in Google.
- Phone Number doesn't have to match - Club Caddie has +1 in the Phone field and Google does not
- State - Google Publishes abbreviated State, such as MI and Club Caddie has the full name - Michigan.
Step 2: Navigate to your Google Business Profile. Then, check to make sure that all information is entered correctly and matches what's in Club Caddie.
Clubhouse Name
- Must match exactly with the club name on Google.
Example: Warren Valley Golf Course
Step 3: In General Course Info, confirm the following match what’s listed in your Google Business Profile (and your website):
-
Telephone Number (minor formatting differences like “+1” are okay)
-
Website Link
-
Location Details: Address, City/Locality, State/Region, Country, Zip
-
Latitude/Longitude: If missing or incorrect, use Google Maps to find them (right-click your location → What’s here? → copy the coordinates), then update them in Club Caddie
Step 4: Location Details (must match Google Maps)
|
Field |
Example Value |
|
Address |
26140 W Warren St |
|
City (Locality) |
Dearborn Heights |
|
State/Province |
Michigan |
|
Country |
United States |
|
Zip Code |
48127 |
|
Latitude |
42.341443 |
|
Longitude |
-83.296697 |
Latitude and longitude must be added or verified from the Club Caddie Admin Portal under the Dashboard -> Manage Club House -> Add/Update Club House section.
You can get accurate coordinates using Google Maps.
In Google Maps - Right-click on your location > Click “What's here?” > Copy latitude, longitude.

Step 5: Tee Time Link
- This is required for activating booking on Reserve with Google.
- Should point to the club’s live tee time booking URL.
- To copy your tee time link, navigate to Settings in Club Caddie. Then select Iframes.
Example:
https://apimanager-cc19.club-caddie.com/…
Settings > I-Frames
- You will also need to paste the link in General Course Info in Club Caddie Settings.

Step 6: In your Google Business Profile, open the Bookings section to manage booking links:
-
Click Set preferred link, select the Club Caddie booking link, then click Save (this prioritizes Club Caddie).
-
If other booking links appear under Booking links (third-party providers), remove them so golfers are routed through Club Caddie.

Step 7: Once everything is verified, go to the POS and enable Reserve with Google—the Book Online button typically appears on Google Search/Maps within 24 hours.
Make sure your setup details are complete and accurate before enabling the setting in POS.

Example Scenario:
A pro shop manager wants golfers searching on Google to book tee times directly through the club’s Club Caddie page. They open Club Caddie and Google Business Profile side-by-side, confirm the club name, phone, website, and address all match, and update the latitude/longitude from Google Maps. Next, they copy the Club Caddie tee time link from I-Frames and ensure it’s saved in General Course Info. Finally, they go to Google Business Profile → Bookings, set Club Caddie as the preferred link, remove any third-party links, and enable Reserve with Google in the POS so the Book Online button goes live.
