Tee Sheet: Overview
The Tee Sheet is where your staff manages the day-to-day tee time operation—viewing availability, reserving tee times, editing/moving bookings, handling cancellations, and progressing groups through check-in and play. The Tee Sheet home page is also a handy “table of contents” for most Tee Sheet workflows.

Right-Click Menu (the fastest way to manage a booking)
1) How to access the right-click menu
-
Desktop / laptop: right-click directly on the tee time slot.
-
Touch screen / tablet: press and hold (long-press) on the tee time slot for about 1 second until the menu appears.
-
Important note: You must right-click an existing booking. Right-clicking an empty slot opens the booking creation menu (a different set of options).
2) Menu options at a glance
Options can vary depending on the booking status (for example, a Checked In tee time won’t show the same choices as a Confirmed one).
| Menu Option | What It Does | Real-World Example | Quick Tip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Check In | Marks the player as arrived and opens their order in the Register so you can process payment. | A golfer walks up to the counter, gives their name, and you pull up their 10:30 tee time. You right-click and hit Check In — their green fee and cart are already attached, so you just confirm and run the card. | Triggers the Register automatically. Have your cart fee and green fee items ready to go. |
| Group Check-In | Checks in all players in a group booking at once instead of one at a time. | A foursome booked together online and they all show up at the same time, paying as a group on one card. One click gets all four players checked in and sends the group order to the Register. | If even one player is paying separately, use Split Reserve first. Group Check-In assumes everyone is on the same tab. |
| Split Reserve | Breaks a group booking into individual reservations so each player can check in and pay on their own. | Two buddies booked a twosome, but when they arrive one of them says "we're splitting it." Split Reserve separates them before check-in so each player gets their own order at the Register. | Do this before checking anyone in. Once a player is checked in, the booking can't be split. |
| Move Tee Time | Relocates the booking to a different time slot, keeping all player info and notes intact. | A member calls 20 minutes before their tee time and asks to push back an hour because they're running late. You right-click, select Move, and shift them to the next available 11:30 slot — no need to cancel and rebook. | Drag-and-drop works for quick same-day moves on the visible grid. Use this option when moving to a different day or a time that's off-screen. |
| No Show | Flags the booking as a no-show without removing it from the tee sheet. | It's 8:10 and the 7:50 tee time never showed. Rather than just leaving the slot sitting there, you mark it No Show. The slot gets flagged, it shows up in your no-show reports, and if it's a member, it gets logged to their profile. | No Show keeps the record. Cancel wipes it. Most courses prefer No Show for tracking purposes — especially for members and repeat offenders. |
| Cancel | Removes the booking and releases the slot. Triggers an optional cancellation confirmation email. | A player calls the morning of and cancels. You right-click, hit Cancel, confirm the prompt, and the slot opens back up for walk-ins or same-day bookings. If your settings are configured for it, they'll get a cancellation email automatically. | A confirmation dialog appears before the slot is released, so there's no accidental deletion. If the player wants a different day, use Move Tee Time instead. |
| Change Rate | Swaps the rate applied to this specific booking — green fee, cart, member rate, etc. | A player booked at the public rate online, but when they check in you confirm they're actually a member. You right-click, hit Change Rate, and switch it to the member rate before checking them in so the right price hits the Register. | The rate has to already exist in your rate setup. You can't create a new rate from here — just select from what's available for that time slot. |
| Quick Pay | Opens a simplified payment screen directly from the tee sheet for fast, no-frills transactions. | A single walker comes in for a quick 9 holes, cash in hand, no cart, no extras. Quick Pay gets them paid and on the course in under a minute without routing through the full Register flow. | Quick Pay is great for simple green-fee-only sales. If the player needs cart, merchandise, food charges, or anything else on the same tab, use Check In to send them to the full Register instead. |
| Add Notes | Attaches a freeform internal note to the tee time — visible on the tee sheet and starter sheet. | A group of four calls ahead and mentions one player uses a motorized cart for medical reasons. You add a note directly to the booking so your starter knows to have the right cart ready when they arrive. The note shows up on the starter sheet without the player ever seeing it. | Notes are for your staff — they don't appear on confirmation emails or receipts. Great for cart numbers, special requests, VIP flags, or anything your starter needs to know. |
| Booking Confirmation | Resends the booking confirmation email to the player. | A golfer calls and says they never got their confirmation for Saturday's tee time and wants something in writing before they drive over. You right-click and send it again — takes five seconds. | The email goes to whatever address is attached to the booking. If the address was entered wrong, update it on the customer profile first, then resend. |
| Rain Check | Issues a rain check voucher so the player can return another day. | Lightning rolls in at the 5th hole and you have to pull everyone off the course after 4 holes. Players who only got partway through their round get a rain check for the remaining holes or a full round depending on your course policy. | Rain check value and expiration rules are set in your course settings. Issue it while the player is still at the counter — they can redeem it at the Register or Tee Sheet on their next visit. |
| Un-Check-In | Reverses a check-in if the Register order for that booking has been deleted. | Your counter staff accidentally checked in the wrong tee time — hit John's 9:00 when they meant the 9:10. They delete the Register order, then come back to the tee sheet and use Un-Check-In to reset the booking back to confirmed so it can be properly checked in. | This only works after the Register order is deleted. If the order is still open or paid, Un-Check-In won't appear or won't work. |
| Change History | Shows a timestamped log of every change made to the booking — who changed it, when, and what was changed. | A member calls and insists their tee time was for four players, not two. You open Change History and can show them the exact timestamp when the booking was edited from four to two — and whose login made the change. | Old value and new value are both shown. Useful for resolving disputes, catching data entry errors, and general accountability. |
