Settings : Assign An Employee Color

Article Contents: This article shows you how to assign a specific color to an employee so they display with that color in Club Caddie.

Step-by-Step:

Step 1: Click the gear wheel in the top-right corner to open Club Caddie Settings.

Step 2: In the left-side menu, click Course User Info.

Step 3: Find the employee you want to update, then click on their name to open the employee pop-up.



Step 4: In the pop-up window, go to the bottom-left corner and click the color selector.


Step 5:
Click SUBMIT to save your change.

Example Scenario:
Your shop staff uses employee colors to quickly see who is scheduled or assigned to different tabs in different areas of the system. You notice two employees are using similar colors and it’s causing confusion during busy mornings. You open Course User Info, update one employee’s color to something more distinct, and click SUBMIT. Now the team can instantly tell those employees apart at a glance.
