Settings : Club Voucher Type Creation

Article Contents: This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to create custom voucher types and map the vouchers to your chart of accounts.

Step-by-step:

Step 1: Select Settings (1), then select Register Settings (2), then select Club Voucher Type tab across the top navigation bar (3).




 
Step 2: In the Club Voucher Type tab, find the list of existing voucher types. To make changes to one of them, select the Edit button, make the desired modifications, then select Save.
 

 

 
 
Step 3: To create a new voucher type, select the Add button. Then, enter the necessary information such as the Voucher Name, Voucher Type, the Chart of Accounts code for the income, and the expiration of funds. Finally, select Save to create the new voucher type.
 



 
Step 4: When creating or editing the voucher, you can set which departments the vouchers will be valid for. Under the Club Voucher Type tab, select Department. Then select ADD, and choose which departments you would like to include.




These rules are not retroactive. They act as presets that apply when a new voucher is sold — existing vouchers already in circulation are not affected.

Step 5: To view existing and newly created vouchers, navigate to the Tools section of the register and look for the Gift Vouchers section.
